I’m the founder of Aligned Accounting Co., born and raised in Chatham-Kent. I hold a four-year Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Guelph and have five years of hands-on bookkeeping and accounting experience. I’m highly detail-oriented, extremely organized, and take pride in keeping everything precise and accurate.

I believe accounting should feel clear, structured, and stress free. My approach combines accuracy, consistency, and proactive support so you always know where your business stands and can make confident financial decisions.

Outside of work you will find me staying active in the gym or walking my two labrador retrievers Bella and Baylee. Summer days are by far my favourite, spending time with friends and family on the water.

Full-service monthly bookkeeping to keep your books accurate and organized. Includes income and expense categorization, AR & AP management, bank and credit card reconciliations, and month-end financial statement packages.

Payroll Processing

Accurate payroll processing to ensure your team is paid correctly and on time. Includes payroll calculations, source deductions, CRA remittances, WSIB filing (if applicable), and year-end T4 submission.

CRA Represent a Client

Acting as your authorized CRA representative, managing notices, inquiries, and general communication on your behalf.

  • Bookkeeping involves recording transactions and organizing your financial data. Accounting takes it a step further by analyzing that data to provide insights, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

  • No you do not. You can be located anywhere in Ontario to use my services.

  • Yes, my services are flexible and most clients do require a combination of them. During our initial meeting we will go over the services and which ones are best for your business needs.

  • Pricing depends on the service and the complexity of your business. I offer transparent pricing and can provide a custom quote after understanding your needs.

  • At this time I do not offer this service. However, I can file your personal tax return or your business tax return if you are a sole proprietor or in a partnership.

  • I ensure your books are accurate, compliant, and organized, saving you time and stress. Plus, this allows you to spend more time growing your business. The peace of mind knowing it is complete is invaluable.

  • I use Quickbooks Online.

  • Yes of course. If you are utilizing the service of Monthly Bookkeeping, on a monthly basis I will be sending your financial statement package. We can jump a call to go over these reports and I can answer any questions you have.

  • It depends on how up to date your records are. Monthly bookkeeping is on going, while clean ups can take upwards of a couple weeks. Open communication and timely responses to emails and requests also ensures we stay on the timeline.

  • While I can’t provide legal tax advice, I ensure your tax filings are accurate and take advantage of all eligible deductions and credits to minimize your tax liability.

  • Yes, I work with clients both locally and remotely. My office is located at 60 William St. S in Chatham-Kent for anyone who prefers booking in person, however online zoom meetings and phone calls are always available.
